Q: Can we use other vendors besides your Preferred Vendor List
A: Yes! We have no issues hosting your vendors. We have a preferred Vendors list to make our venue a one-stop shop to help make the wedding planning process easier. Our vendor list grows every month.
Q: If we want to bring in our own tables and chairs, would that change the price?
A: You are more than welcome to bring in any additional decor or vendors you choose! This does not change the price of any of our packages. We still have to provide the same number of staff and yard care for your event.
Q: What if we want to use your decor but still bring in our own decorations?
A: Please feel free to have your day the way you desire! You are more than welcome to bring in your own decorations.
Q: I don't see the exact centerpieces I want for my wedding, can you make it exactly what I want?
A: You can show us your dream centerpiece and if we can bring it to life with the inventory we have then we will be happy to do so. If we do not have every item in the picture we will do our best to recreate something similar with our existing inventory.
Q: Is alcohol allowed at your venue?
A: Yes, but only beer and wine and must be served by an insured bartender. There is an additional cost for having alcohol at the venue.
Q: Are animals allowed in the wedding?
A: We do allow special circumstances for your furry family members, but we do require them to be kenneled when they are not in the ceremony or pictures. They must remained leashed outside of their kennel and all pet messes must be picked up. They are not allowed in the house or suites.We have neighborhood animals. We want to keep them and your fur-family members safe.
Q: What are your security deposits?
A: We have two security deposits. One for if you rent JUST the venue and one if you rent the VENUE and LODGE for the weekend. It is $1000 for the venue and $2,000 for both. After a thorough walk through at the end of your event we will hand your security deposit back.
Q: Are you kid friendly?
A: Your family and friends are our family and friends. Kids must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Kids are not allowed in the groom or bridal suite without being accompanied by an adult. The renters will be held accountable for any and all damages made by children and/or guest.
